Digitally controlled assembly equipment provides greater efficiency, accuracy and quality control. Excel's production equipment includes a dual vision screen printer, Quad Q series pick and place machines, programmable wave solder and selective solder machines, a full forced convection reflow oven, and a selective spray conformal coating cell.
